GAILLARDIA x grandiflora Burgunder - 9cm Pot

Gaillardia x grandiflora is a hybrid of perennial Gaillardia aristata and annual Gaillardia pulchella. This short-lived perennial has a long flowering season and rapid growth. Its large, daisy-like flowers come in a variety of colors, typically with a dark brown-burgundy center, and bloom from spring to fall.

Gaillardia x grandiflora 'Burgunder' produces single, wine-red flowers for an extended period and is known to attract pollinators. It thrives in well-draining, nutrient-rich soil and full sun. Some gardeners choose to leave spent flowers to develop seed heads which are favored by goldfinches.
