When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Thursday/Friday are shipped Monday/Tuesday and take 3-5 working days to arrive.
What's the delivery cost?
Flat rate of £7.99 across the UK, no matter how many plants you order.
When do new plants drop?
Fresh stock arrives every Thursday and Friday. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout.
Can I return a plant?
We want you to be happy! If there's an issue with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver within the UK.
