We have recently moved across to a new website and we are in the process of importing the account across. If you cannot login it is likely we have not pulled the account across yet. We still have access to the old system so please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help.
I can't see my past orders. Please can you help?
We have recently moved across to a new website. Only orders placed from the new website will be able to be seen in your account. WE DO STILL HAVE ACCESS TO OUR OLD SYSTEMS SHOULD YOU NEED TO GET IN TOUCH REGARDING A PREVIOUS ORDER.
My discount code is not working. Please can you help?
We have recently moved across to a new website. Whilst we transferred across all previous discount codes from the old system, it could be that an error has occurred during the transfer. If your discount code is not working please do email email@example.com
How do I become a Member?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. It is not necessary to create an account to place an order.
I receive your emails, doesn't that mean I have an account?
No, signing up to our newsletter and receiving our offers via email does not mean you have set up an account with us.

What size pots do your plants come in?
Unless otherwise stated they will come in a 9cm pot.
