About the Gardens

With a stunning walled rose garden, summer house, lily pond and much, much more, you will certainly not run out of beautiful garden to explore at Glemham Hall. 

The sweeping lawns and garden are bordered by yew hedges, topiary and a beautiful avenue of Irish yews. There are many tree varieties at Glemham, with some oak trees not less than 600 years old in the 300 acre park. 

With the tireless efforts of Glemham's head gardener along with the help of nearby Otley College, the garden has been truly transformed. 

Sculptures 

Glemham Hall is renowned for hosting special events, none more special than 'Art for Cure'. Where Glemham displayed artwork from local and worldwide renowned artists. 

Sculpture plays a part at Glemham hall, it can be seen dotted around the gardens. With work from Anthony Gormley RA, Philip King RA, local sculptor John Moore and Simon Hitchens the sculptures are a beautiful addition to the gardens.

Georgian Palace, check. Stunning gardens, check. Cafe, check. 

Ickworth has an abundance of beautiful things to catch your eye. Whether your after a garden exploration or maybe you're after a slice of history, whatever your reasons, Ickworth has something for everyone. 

They have an outdoor sculpture project, where beautiful figures have been hand carved into the trees. Volunteer John Williams has been creating his masterpieces and will continue to do so over the next 2 years.

About the Gardens

With a glasshouse designed by Joseph Paxton, a stunning array of walled gardens and a maze from 1846, Somerleyton Hall certainly packs a punch with their beautiful manicured gardens. 

There is a chance for a coffee and cake break within the walled garden, what more could you ask for, stunning gardens and the opportunity to sample some delicious home made cakes. 

Somerleyton offers more than just gardens, if the mood strikes, you can even have a tour of the absolutely breathtaking hall.

About the Gardens

A stunning park filled with red deer is the first thing to meet your eyes when arriving at Helmingham hall, the next thing is the stunning moated hall, with its spectacular patterned bricks. 

The gardens at Helmingham Hall are breathtaking, from a classic parterre to a walled kitchen garden, there is no shortage of delightful garden gems here. 

The combinations throughout the gardens have been carefully considered and give a subtle yet stunning overall effect.

We accept payment by cards, although please note that we have no card payment facility on the entrance gate on event days.

We have car parking facilities and free coach parking.
There is full wheelchair access to all of the gardens.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
