Columbines are now available in a wide range of colours and plant heights. The Winky series produces loads of upfacing blooms held just above a bushy, compact mound of lacy leaves. This strain has rose pink outer petals, with a double centre or corolla in a blend of pink and white. Gorgeous in a perennial border or in a partly shaded woodland. Either allow plants to self-seed or cut back hard right after blooming.
